All damages or defective items must be reported within 1 day from receipt of goods to get full refund after deducting shipment charge..   Shipments with visible freight damage should be claimed with the carrier. All returned merchandise must have original packaging. If not, returns will not be accepted. All returns are accepted only within 5 days of receipt of goods if the products are out of valley area.
